As a SEM Vendor Preferred search marketing firm, Portent Interactive agrees to abide by the following code of conduct:

  1. Not to undertake any client campaign that they know they are not qualified to implement.
  2. Provide all clients with a written agreement outlining work to be completed and agreed fees.
  3. Not to use any strategies or tactics that could reasonably violate the guidelines of Google, Yahoo, or Bing.
  4. Provide all clients with an invoice for work carried out.
  5. Maintain all insurances required by their State laws.
  6. Not to intentionally violate any State or Federal laws including, but not limited to, trademark and copyright laws.
  7. Provide clients with full contact information including the name, telephone number, and email address of the person responsible for the campaign.
  8. Register and assign all newly created accounts to the client, or make the client aware if that is not the case.
  9. Treat all clients the way they would want to be treated.

Any vendor found violating any of the above will be removed from the SEM Vendor Preferred program.
